Dr Christopher Duncan
Chief Executive Officer
Chris has more than twenty years' experience leading independent schools. He was the architect of coeducation at Pulteney Grammar School in Adelaide before leading Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School in northern NSW from 2005 to 2014. Prior to those appointments Chris was a Junior School Head in Sydney. He has an honours degree in English from the University of Sydney and a Master of Education Policy (International) from the University of Melbourne. In 2015 he was appointed Head of Governance at AISNSW working with boards and heads to improve standards of school governance.   


Tanya Cunningham
Communications Coordinator

Tanya has been working at AHISA since March 2021 across a number of roles, including Corporate Support, Acting Operations Manager and has most recently stepped into the role of Communications Coordinator. 
Her experience includes administration roles in business and various ministries of the Lutheran Church of Australia. 


Kira Grantham
Operations Manager
Kira has been with AHISA since 2016 and initially managed our national conferences as well as our forums and roadshows. In her role as Operations Manager, Kira oversees our memberships, supports AHISA's national board of Director's, processes corporate sponsorships and oversees the national office.



Lorraine Rae
Accounts Manager

Lorraine joined the AHISA National team as the Accounts Manager role in August 2022. 
She comes with over 30 years’ experience as a finance officer, assistant accountant and bookkeeping roles within various associations and accounting firms in Canberra.
Her role includes reporting to government agencies and the financial management aspects for both the National Office and the branches.


Nicola Hart
Events Manager
Nicola joined the AHISA national team in June 2021. Her focus is to manage the national calendar of events, working with the various committees and State branches to promote collegiality and learning opportunities for our members.
Having worked in the event industry for over 18 years, she is passionate about providing interesting, exciting, and innovative opportunities for AHISA members to gather.

Robyn Collins
Editor

Robyn is the editor of AHISA's Independence journal and writes monthly articles for aspirant leaders.
Before joining AHISA, Robyn was a senior teacher of English, school principal, consultant to Independent Schools Queensland and a Visiting Fellow at Griffith University, Queensland.
